Why we made the Weekend Challenge

2 Days, 2 Recipes - Low Commitment

There was a gap where we would want a small juice plan for the weekend while we grabbed a few things from the store. We didn't want a huge commitment, but we wanted more than just a single recipe.

It's made with only 7 different ingredients to shop for. Focusing on healthy, easy to get ingredients.

The only thing I had a problem with was the gender being super strong other than that is actually really good and it doesn't make me feel icky inside

I really love the flavor of the second day’s juice. The first one was really good but I suspect I may have put too much ginger. I forgot to get cucumber so I just added an additional stalk of celery. Super delicious recipes. This website is a really excellent resource for beginners! Thanks to whomever created it! 😊

My husband just had surgery and is restricted to a all liquid diet for 2 weeks. It was the perfect time for me to get back to juicing!

My husband just had surgery and is going to be on a liquid diet for 2 weeks! It was just what I needed to help me get back on track! I wasn’t hungry any. I drank a lot of lemon water in between, I’m going to stay on it the full 2 weeks if I can hold out!! I already feel better. My hip has stopped hurting and my wrist and hands are feeling better too!

I have benefited from these challenges but you should have at least two or more cleanse challenges if you want people to be more interested in what you have to offer because if they have to pay for cleansing challenges then give them a reason to stay

The first day I got a super bad headache but that let up later...but I never juiced before so. Instead of putting the full amount of the greens called I put half or just left it out..Hopefully, the better my taste become the more I can add the greens back.

Both were good once I got used to the grassy flavor (can you tell this is my first foray into the juicing world?). I added orange to the Mean Green & it was better. All in all I can’t wait to try more!

Pretty tasty, except I didn't peel the orange on Day 1. Had a slight bitter taste, but then again, I used four large stemmed leaves of kale!

The juice recipes both tasted very good and were easy to make with organic produce easily found at the local market. By day two, I felt a little more energy than typical and I was happy to loose one pound in less than two days of drinking the juice. Not a lot, but in less than two days I can't complain. I plan to try another challenge right away.
